Led the research and comprehensive data analysis in support of a white paper analyzing the performance of short-term government-owned hospitals across the nation;
Provided litigation support in the preparation of expert testimony for:
a) a lender in the nursing home sector that was successful in defeating a series of lender-liability claims totaling more than $1 billion;
b) a hospital’s claims of professional malpractice by a national hospital management company;
c) a significant case of insurance provider liability for its decision to keep a provider out-of-network
Analyzed workforce productivity as part of an organizational restructuring process;
Led employee satisfaction research for a client with 250+ employees, and compiled the findings into a report that was shared with staff as part of a turnaround project.
Tal has previously worked within the United Kingdom healthcare industry and has a background in change management and communications. She has a Bachelors (Honors) degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Warwick University (United Kingdom), a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting and is a Prince2 Registered Practitioner.
