Stacey is a seasoned healthcare professional who brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership, operational management and compliance in the senior living community space. At HMP, she focuses on operations improvements for clients. Before joining HMP, Swinney most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Omega Communities, a for-profit Alabama-based company specializing in the development of faith-based senior living communities. Her responsibilities included overseeing the company’s communities while integrating the church and its ministry programs. She also oversaw the development and comprehensive furniture, fixtures and equipment design of a large assisted-living and memory care community. Prior to joining Omega Communities, Swinney was the Vice President of Operations at Antioch Plan Developers, fostering strategic partnerships with assisted-living communities and qualified churches. Responsibilities included evaluation of market research, assistance with interior design and architecture, communication with sponsoring church and general community management. She has served in the assisted-living arena for many years in key roles such as Executive Director of Chateau Vestavia, Riverchase Village Senior Living Community and Elmcroft of Grayson Valley. She attended Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the American Intercontinental University with a BA in Business Administration in Health Care where she graduated magma cum laude. She holds a Category II Assisted Living/Memory Care License in the state of Alabama. She actively participates in the Alzheimer’s Association, serves on the Senior Gala Board, and is a member of the Assisted Living Association of Alabama.
