Achieved 50% of KPI’s within 45 days of the contract implementation; Corporate VP of Revenue Management of $1.5 B NPSR, $42M budget in rapidly growing 10 hospital for profit company. Completed transition of sell from nonprofit healthcare system to a for profit with all payors to resume constant cash flow with new national provider numbers. Improved overall cash performance within the first 120 days, with 3 of the highest cash performance months in history. Achieving and maintaining cash collection as a percent of collectible net revenue at 100%. Consolidated the business off functions of 8 of the 10 hospitals into one location, while transitioned from outsource revenue cycle model to internal revenue cycle model.
