Misti Ringham

Misti is an experienced HR professional with over 19+ years of human resource management experience. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, policy and procedures development, employee benefits, compensation and payroll , training and development, HRIS management and management coaching. Misti oversees all HR activities for the organization and for many of the clients we serve.

Prior to joining HMP Senior Solutions, she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with G&A Partners. She holds a Masters degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
