Joseph Baidoo

Joseph Baidoo serves as the Administrator at Quality Care of Waco in Waco, Texas.

In his role as Administrator, Joseph directs all facility operations, overseeing clinical and patient care plans, human resources, administration and customer service, among other departments. Joseph also manages all staff training and recruitment.

Joseph brings 8 years of long-term care experience to Quality Care of Waco, previously overseeing the development and implementation of operational strategies at several senior care facilities throughout his career. Joseph is also equipped with an extensive knowledge of reimbursement regulations established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as nursing practices and policies at the federal, state and local levels.

Prior to joining HMP Senior Solutions, Joseph held leadership roles at long-term care facilities, including two in Virginia: Heritage Hall Nursing Home and Community Residences, Inc. In his previous roles, Joseph was responsible for maintaining facility censes, directing marketing plans, and overseeing staffing and facility budgets as well as facility programs and patient care services.

Joseph has a master’s degree in health services administration from Strayer University and a bachelor’s degree in education administration from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. In addition to his degrees, Joseph is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
